SETU has been implementing ‘Micro Credit & Micro Finance Program’ for landless & assetless people with financial assistance from Palli Karma-Shahayak Foundation (PKSF) since 1993. The areas of operation have been Kushtia Sadar Upazila and Mirpur Upazila, Total amount of money distributed so far among 14,500 target group members was Tk..25,24,03,500. Recovery rate has been 99.76%.

This program has contributed much in enriching the socio-economic status of the group members. Particularly, this program enabled the group members to develop their financial base aiming at attaining self- reliance.
