Kushtia and adjacent Districts comprise disaster-prone region of the country where flood, river erosion, cyclone, drought are almost yearly phenomenon. Under this program, since 1998, SETU has been providing training and social mobilization on disaster management, emergency food and Medicare, rehabilitation, information dissemination, resource mapping etc.
