SETU has been carrying out networking program since early 1994. North- South Development Forum (NSDF), a collective effort of local NGOs of 4 districts of the region was formed with SETU as lead NGO to undertake development work unitedly.

Further SETU has been maintaining networking with other 6 inter-net NGOs of 3 districts under its Participatory Forestry Program (PFP) to strengthen plantation activities at grassroots level.
